There is something magical about the start of a new year, the promise of a new beginning which brings infinite hope and optimism. The year 2023 was a year of milestone achievements, growth and progress.

We announced the opening of The Roseate Edinburgh, Scotland, the 7th hotel in the luxury portfolio of Roseate Hotels & Resorts. We announced an exclusive partnership with Air India for their Flying Returns Loyalty Programme.

We proudly played a small but a significant role in the G20 Summit Bird Worldwide Flight Services India (BWFS) is proud to have served esteemed world leaders on their arrival in New Delhi for the G20 Summit 2023. These included the heads of states of United Kingdom, United States of America, Indonesia, UAE, Nigeria, Italy, Netherlands, China, Germany, Argentina and Australia amongst others.

On the ground handling front, we strengthened our presence across18 airports in India, handling more than 4400 domestic and international flights every month! Bird Catering & Lounges announced the opening of a Food Plaza at the iconic Old Delhi Railway Station, a listed heritage site situated in the renowned ‘Delhi 6’ zone, in close proximity to the ramparts of Red Fort & Chandni Chowk.

Bird Automotive one of the leading dealers of the luxury automobile brands BMW, MINI (from BMW group) and Citroen in India announced a new company, Bird Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. and recently inaugurated a state-of-the-art ‘Porsche Centre’ in Kolkata, West Bengal - an ultra-modern showroom providing cutting-edge sales and operations services for Porsche cars.

Our commitment towards skilling and education continued as we opened the BWFS-Multiskilling Centre in Cochin to empower youth to get hands on training and education and get prepared for careers in ground handling. In another path breaking initiative, the Odisha Skill Development Authority (Odisha Government) and Bird Academy, the educational arm of Bird Group came together to bridge the gap between job seekers and job providers, thus building a professionally equipped workforce especially for the aviation and hospitality industry.
